How fast is same-day production, really?
Orders placed by 4:00 PM CT on weekdays print the same day and ship the same evening. After the cutoff, your order joins the next morning's run.
What file do I need to send?
A transparent PNG at 300 DPI, sized to your print. Don't mirror it — we handle the flip in prepress. Every file gets a free check before it prints.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes — we're at 3727 Green Briar Dr, Suite 110, Stafford, TX 77477, USA. Call +1 (713) 449-8343 before heading over and we'll have your order ready.
How do I press the transfers?
310°F for 10 seconds at medium-firm pressure, peel hot, then a 5-second finishing press with parchment. Full instructions ship in every box.
What if a transfer arrives with a defect?
