DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process where your design is printed onto a special film that can be transferred onto a garment using heat and pressure. It produces vibrant, durable prints that can be applied to a variety of fabrics.
UV DTF (Ultraviolet direct to film) is a variation of the traditional DTF printing process, but it uses UV light to cure the ink, which gives it a more vibrant and durable finish. It’s especially good for printing on hard surfaces like plastics, wood, and glass.
DTF can be applied on a wide range of materials including cotton, polyester, blends, and even some specialty fabrics. DTF works well on both light and dark fabrics. We use a white ink base to ensure vibrant colors and opacity when printing on darker materials. For UV DTF, you can apply on materials like plastic, glass, and metal.
When uploading your design, make sure to check the size chart or guidelines on the product page. If you're unsure, you can always contact us for assistance, and we’ll help you choose the best size based on your garment or item.

Pricing
No, we don’t have a minimum order requirement. Whether you need one print or a bulk order, we can accommodate your needs.
The price for DTF transfers is typically based on the size of the transfer. We calculate the price according to the square inch of the design. There is a fixed price per square inch and the total price is calculated based on the total square inches.
To get an accurate price for your DTF transfer, simply visit the product page and select the size you want to order.
For gang sheets, the price is calculated based on the height of the sheet. The width of the gang sheet is constant at 22 inches, so the price will increase as you select a taller sheet (i.e., a sheet with more height for additional designs).
Our prices depend on several factors such as the size of the design, the material used, and the type of printing (DTF or UV DTF). Visit the product page you are interested in purchasing or contact us directly for an estimate.
The cost of a gang sheet depends on the size of the sheet and the number of designs you place on it. The more designs you fit, the better value you get per design.
No, there is no additional cost for each color in your designs.
Yes, wholesale and bulk discount pricing options are available for DTF Transfers.

To apply DTF transfers:
- Preheat the heat press.
- Place the garment, position the DTF transfer, and cover it.
- Press according to recommended settings.
- Peel the backing paper while hot, and let the garment cool before handling.
Ready to transfer" DTF prints refer to prints that have been properly prepared and are ready for application onto garments or other substrates using a heat press. To prepare DTF prints for transfer, the printed design is first cured and dried using a DTF printer. Then, excess powder is removed, and the print is trimmed to size. Finally, a heat-resistant adhesive is applied to the back of the print, allowing it to adhere to the garment during the heat transfer process.
To ensure optimal results, trim excess film, preheat the surface, align the transfer precisely, follow recommended heat press settings, press with even pressure, and allow sufficient cooling time before removing the transfer sheet.
To optimize layout efficiency, maximize space utilization by arranging designs closely, group similar designs together, consider different orientations, use nesting software for automated layout optimization, and conduct test prints to refine the configuration.
Gang sheet DTF transfers involve grouping multiple designs onto a single sheet of transfer film for DTF printing. This method allows for simultaneous printing of several designs in one run, offering cost efficiency, time savings, workflow enhancement, and flexibility.
To ensure successful transfer of ready-to-transfer DTF prints, follow these
steps:
1. Proper Heat Press Settings: Set the heat press to the recommended
temperature and time for the specific type of transfer film and garment
material being used.
2. Even Pressure Distribution: Ensure even pressure distribution across the
entire transfer area by adjusting the pressure settings on the heat press.
3. Correct Alignment: Position the DTF print correctly on the garment to
ensure proper alignment and avoid misprints or smudging during transfer.
4. Adequate Cooling Time: Allow sufficient cooling time after transferring
to ensure proper adhesion and prevent smearing or peeling of the print.
Make sure your design is high resolution (300 dpi is ideal), and if possible, use a transparent background for PNG files. Avoid using designs with too many small details that might not translate well in printing.
To extend the life of your printed designs, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and air drying them. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
