How fast is same-day production, really?
Orders placed by 4:00 PM CT on weekdays print the same day and ship the same evening. After the cutoff, your order joins the next morning's run.
Is there really no minimum?
One transfer or a thousand. Same inks, same press, same deadline.
How much does shipping cost?
Free over $100. Under that, carrier rates at checkout — most orders arrive in 2–4 days via UPS or USPS.
Artwork & files
What file format do you need?
A transparent PNG at 300 DPI, sized to your print. PDF and AI files work too. Don't mirror your art — we handle the flip in prepress.
What happens if my file isn't print-ready?
Every file gets a free prepress check. If resolution, transparency, or sizing looks off, we email you before anything prints — nothing prints wrong on our watch.
Do you have sheet templates?
Yes — set your artboard to the sheet size you're ordering (22″ × 24″, 22″ × 60″, 22″ × 120″, or 22″ × 240″) and export a transparent PNG at 300 DPI.
Pressing & durability
How do I press the transfers?
310°F for 10 seconds at medium-firm pressure, peel hot, then a 5-second finishing press with parchment. Full instructions ship in every box.
How long do they last?
Tested past 60 home-wash cycles. Wash cold inside-out and tumble dry low — no cracking, no lifting, no fading.
What if a transfer arrives with a defect?
The Reprint Promise: send a photo and we reprint and ship it free — no return required.
