About Us

ALPHA PRINT is a growing print shop specializing in
high-quality printing solutions. We are currently seeking a DTF
(Direct-to-Film) Operator to join our production team. If you're hands-on,
responsible, and looking to learn a valuable skill — we’d love to meet you.

Position Summary

As a DTF Operator, you will be responsible for assisting and
eventually operating our Direct-to-Film printers. These machines are delicate
and require proper care, attention, and respect. You will begin as a helper,
working closely with experienced operators and receiving thorough training.
Over time, as your skills develop and your understanding improves, you will be
trained to operate the printers independently.

Work ethic is very important in this role. The equipment and printed materials
are sensitive and valuable — so focus, responsibility, and a strong sense of
care are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the DTF operator with daily tasks
• Learn how to safely and properly handle DTF printers
• Support the team in preparing artwork, film, and organizing orders
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Communicate clearly and follow instructions
• Show up on time and stay focused during work hours
• Grow into the role with training and hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a friendly attitude
• Understand store policies and procedures to assist customers accurately
• Answer all phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
• Have helpful, productive conversations with customers to understand their needs
• Relay customer requests and order details clearly to the production team
• Solve customer issues and follow each case until resolution
• Keep detailed notes and records of customer interactions to ensure quality follow-up
• Support order processing, returns, and general inquiries

ALPHA PRINT is a growing, fast-paced print company committed to top-quality products and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Store Manager who can lead both the front and back of the store while keeping daily operations organized and productive.

Position Summary

The Store Manager will serve as the link between the management office and the production floor. This role is responsible for
keeping the store organized, the team on track, and the production running smoothly. The manager must be aware of everything happening in the store at all times and be ready to step in and assist wherever needed.

You’ll ensure all employees show up on time, greet and welcome incoming customers, and create a positive, efficient work environment. In addition, the Store Manager should learn how to operate the machines and equipment in the warehouse to provide hands-on support to the team if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and team coordination
• Monitor staff attendance and ensure timely shift coverage
• Ensure production runs smoothly and orders are completed on time
• Be actively present in both the office and production areas
• Learn how to operate in-store machines to assist team when needed
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a welcoming attitude
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment
• Guide, support, and hold team members accountable
• Enforce store procedures and ensure team efficiency
• Communicate with ownership about store needs, performance, and improvements
• Assist with inventory checks, supply ordering, and general workflow
