The Pressly Hydro1620 Hydraulic Heat Press comes with a 1-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty covers non-consumable components only, provided the equipment is used under normal conditions and maintained properly.

Hydraulic pump, motor, and other components of the hydraulic system
Structural mechanical parts (excluding cosmetic damage or abuse)
Platen mounts and base metals
Excluded From Warranty (Consumable Components)
The following items are considered consumables and are not covered under this warranty:
Pressure pads, high-temperature texturizing sheets, laser attachments, platen covers, silicone rubber mats
Fuses, power cords, buttons, and exterior casings
Parts subject to normal wear-and-tear or improper storage
Any components damaged due to misuse or environmental conditions (e.g., dust, heat, moisture)
Support During the Warranty Period
Alpha DTF Print will provide remote technical support via email, phone, or video.
When possible, video tutorials or repair instructions will be provided.
Replacement parts for issues covered under warranty will be shipped depending on availability and after evaluation. The customer will not be charged for eligible replacement parts covered under the warranty; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
This warranty does not include on-site service or labor.

Alpha DTF Print is not responsible for damage sustained during shipment. However, all products are shipped with insurance.
If the Customer receives a damaged unit:
The Customer must report the issue immediately (preferably within 24 hours).
Alpha DTF Print will assist in submitting an insurance claim with the shipping provider.
Claims and resolutions may take up to 50–60 business days depending on carrier response.
Clear photos, videos, and a damage description may be required for claim submission.

Setup: Place the Pressly HYDRO1620 on a stable surface, ensuring proper power connection based on the power specifications. Before first use, fill the hydraulic system with the recommended hydraulic oil and quantity. Add 5 gallons of AW-68 hydraulic oil.
Temperature & Pressure Settings: Set the temperature and hydraulic pressure settings according to the material being used.
Design Alignment: Attach the magnet laser light guides to the top of the heat press to assist in precise alignment of designs.
Pressing: Place the garment or media on the platen, apply the correct pressure, and apply heat according to the required time and temperature settings.
Maintenance: Regularly check and clean the platen and hydraulic system to ensure smooth operation and prolong the life of the heat press. Check the hydraulic oil level regularly using the sight gauge located at the bottom right of your heat press. If the level is below the 50% of the glass, top it up. Be sure to change all the oil once a year, and always use the recommended AW-68 hydraulic oil for optimal performance.
